The rule card Marshal keeps near the bottom of configured channels.

The rules sticky

Every configured channel (media-only, flash, bot-chat) keeps a short rule card near the bottom, so nobody gets to claim they never saw the rules. Marshal rebuilds it from live settings:

  • Allowed types and title-text policy.
  • Posting limits and the flash window.
  • The bot-chat hint, and the Command Menu button when enabled.

In flash channels the sticky waits for live media to expire first. It appears and disappears with the channel configuration, and it survives restarts. So does Marshal.
