Daily activity digest

An opt-in recap posted shortly after midnight, server time (UTC-4). Plain totals of the day's cleanup and nothing else: no names, no user IDs, no message text. Zero counters get skipped, and a fully quiet day earns a one-line quip instead. Marshal takes the quiet days personally.

Host downtime notices

With host status configured, Marshal checks periodically and posts a heads-up six hours before maintenance that affects the configured components (or on the next check if it's already closer). Each maintenance gets announced once per server. No reruns.
