OC media events

What they are

OC media events are themed original-content media channels on a rotation. One event channel is open at a time, visible to holders of the configured access role. Marshal runs the schedule so nobody has to.

• Event days flip at 04:00 UTC.
• The open channel runs media-only under that theme's rules.
• The sticky shows the theme, the rules, a countdown to close, and a "Tomorrow: ..." teaser when the next theme is known.
• Some days are rest days: nothing opens, every event channel stays parked, and the sticky teases the pause the day before.
