1. What the Bot Does

A plain summary, so you know what you are agreeing to. Details change as the bot improves; the shape below does not.

• Moderated channels: media-only, flash, and bot-chat channels each keep one narrow kind of post and silently remove the rest, because the channel rules already say so. Administrators set how much may be posted and how often, per channel or per member. A full window temporarily locks posting, a violation adds a short escalating lock on that member, and both clear on their own. Flash posts expire after a countdown.
• Media cleanup: on an administrator's command, or when a member leaves, the bot removes that member's attachment posts from every channel in the server, threads included. Support tickets are excluded.
• OC media events: rotating themed media channels the bot creates, reveals, and hides on a schedule, optionally published to the server's Discord Events tab. Themes and schedule are server configuration, not a record of who posted.
• Role combos and verification: the bot grants or removes a result role when a member holds every role in a combination an administrator defined, and can flag members below or above a level threshold until they hold the verified role, which it never grants itself.
• Interest roles: members pick a limited number of cosmetic "kink" roles from a fixed catalog. The bot creates each role on first pick and deletes it when nobody holds it.
• Your own media: a member may privately browse their indexed attachment posts through /media-manage, and any Discord-authenticated person, including a former or banned member, may use the privacy page after a recent sign-in. Each listed item is a whole post, not one detachable file.
• Stickies and quips: the bot keeps a short rules note at the bottom of configured channels, and replies briefly when a member @mentions it or replies to it. Replies are rate-limited, cosmetic, and change no moderation decision.
• Marshal's Lab (optional): a temporary channel the bot opens on its own initiative, without announcement, and then deletes along with everything posted in it. Inside that one room it answers without being @mentioned, and may rename, pin, delete a message, or briefly revoke a member's Send Messages there. Members can opt out of one room or of all of them. Off by default, and covered in full in section 5 and the Privacy Policy.
• Welcomes: a one-time greeting the first time a new member speaks in a welcome channel, plus a one-time overview message on a member's first allowed media post.
• Web dashboard (optional): visitors may sign in with Discord. It carries a home page, a server guide, bot documentation, these legal pages, ban appeals where configured, and staff pages for activity reporting, health, and configuration, all under the same Discord permissions the bot honors in Discord.
• Ban appeals (optional): a banned member may sign in, read the recorded ban reason, and submit one appeal at a time with optional images. Staff review it in Discord, both sides may reply while it is open, and the outcome appears on the appeals page and by direct message where Discord allows. A refused appeal cannot be retried for about six months.
• Support tickets and ask-to-DM (optional): members may open a private ticket thread with staff, or ask another member for permission to send them a direct message. Ask-to-DM keeps its record in a shared private thread, respects preference roles and rate limits, and reports a pattern of rejections or a revoked pass to a staff channel.
• Daily digest (optional): a daily summary of aggregate bot activity totals, with no user IDs or message content. Host maintenance notices work the same way, drawn from the host's public status page.
• Message logging (optional): staff may enable it per channel. Edited or deleted message text and attachment file names, never the files, are posted to a log channel in that server.
• Moderation tools: warnings, timeouts, kicks, bans, temporary bans with an automatic unban and a one-time return invite, and temporary role grants. A warning ages off after about three months of clean behavior. Staff may configure an automatic ban at a warning threshold, roles that are immune to all of it, and a mod-log channel. The decisions remain the moderators'.
• Automatic filters (optional): anti-spam with escalating mutes, foreign invite links, phishing (local patterns plus an optional Google Web Risk check), and a short fixed list of extreme slurs. Filters may add warnings toward an automatic ban. Detection is imperfect, and staff may exempt channels.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18. The bot is built for 18+ (NSFW) Discord servers, and you must also meet Discord's own age requirements under Discord's Terms of Service. By using the bot, you confirm both.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the bot for any purpose that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Abuse, overload, or disrupt the bot or the systems that support it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to the bot. The software is proprietary; copying, modifying, or distributing it requires permission.

4. Administrator Responsibilities

If you add the bot to a server, you are responsible for:

• Configuring it appropriately for your community.
• Informing members that an automated moderation bot is in use, where required by law or by Discord.
• Granting the bot the Administrator permission (it refuses to operate without it) and keeping its role above any role it must add or remove.

5. Acknowledgment of Automation

Turning a feature on means accepting what it automates. Moderated channels change permissions and remove messages on their own. Role combos and verification roles add and remove roles on their own. The interest picker creates, assigns, and deletes roles on demand. Choose your combinations and thresholds carefully, and restrict any command you would rather members not reach.

Deletion is permanent and the bot cannot undo it. That covers rule violations, media that races or bypasses a posting lock, flash posts that expire, an administrator's purge, and the automatic cleanup when a member leaves. Detection and enforcement are not perfect, so content may be removed or missed in error.

A member may also delete their own indexed attachment posts, one post, one channel, or all of them, after confirming. That deletion is permanent, covers only what was indexed at the moment of confirmation, and may come up short when Discord reports a missing channel, a permission problem, or a temporary failure. It does not touch moderation, appeal, or other non-media records, which follow the Privacy Policy instead.

Enabling Marshal's Lab means accepting that the bot will create a channel in the category you choose, at a time it picks, without being asked, and will delete that channel and everything posted in it when the room closes. Inside that room it may rename, pin, delete a message, or briefly revoke a member's Send Messages, whether on its own initiative or because a member pressed the button on the room's pinned house rules. These are cosmetic parts of the feature, not moderation: no warning, strike, or mod-log record, and nothing reaches another channel. Members may opt out of one room or of every future room, staff may open or end a room at any time, and the feature is off by default.

6. Availability

The bot is offered "as available." We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted service, or a bug-free experience, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time, with or without notice. It runs only in a fixed set of approved servers and leaves any other one automatically.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE BOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE BOT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, MESSAGES, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE BOT, EVEN IF ADVISED SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE. THIS INCLUDES MESSAGES OR CONTENT THE BOT DELETES.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the bot after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Termination

You can stop using the bot at any time by removing it from your server. We may suspend or end access at any time, with or without notice, including for violating these Terms.
